Mrs. Miao has a degree in Philosophy and Psychology and over 15 years of HR experience, primarily in professional services in Asia and the United Kingdom.

Mrs. Miao is responsible for the operational delivery of services across the whole employee life cycle, fostering an inclusive culture, and assisting the business in attaining its strategic goals through the people agenda, working closely with the company's leadership.
